We are so sorry to have to cancel this week’s swimming as both Donna and I have tested positive for Covid in the last 24 hours. 

I will owe you £11 per child for the lost swim, please deduct from next term or send me your bank account details for a refund. 

The following week is half term. We look forward to seeing you on the 22nd and 23rd February.

Since I was able to announce that we will be restarting swimming lessons in September 2021, I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to many of you on the phone, it’s been great to get reacquainted and to discuss your children’s swimming level. So far, we have been able to find appropriate times to meet the needs of all children and places are filling up fast. If you’d like a place and you’ve not already contacted me, please do so on 07855 896246

If you have spoken to me and I’ve confirmed a swimming time with you, I need to ask you to complete one more step, please fill out our registation form so we have all your details logged and make a bank transfer for the terms fees to secure your place.

Apologies that the Google Form and separate bank transfer is not intuitive solution, do give me a call if you have any problems with it and I’ll do my best to help!

This terms dates are:

TERM STARTS Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th September
HALF TERM Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th October
TERM ENDS Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th December

Dear Swimmers and Parents,

I am delighted to inform you that I have been offered the use of the  Limpsfield Grange School pool, on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 4:30pm starting in September.

I am now taking bookings, so please contact me on 01342 316232 or 07855 896246 to reserve a place for your child. I will do my best to accommodate siblings into parallel or time connected groups. Spaces are limited as we are are still planning for some Covid restrictions, so please contact me as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

I am aware that many of the children won’t have swum for many months and we will have to give that consideration.
Unfortunately at the moment I cannot offer a mum and baby group, but can take children from 3 years old.

Finally to reassure you, if Covid restrictions impact lessons again, I will offer a full refund. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing you again in September.

Term dates are as follows:

TERM STARTS: Mon 23rd and Tues 24th Apr
NO SWIM / MAKE-UP (for snow 27th Feb): Mon 7th (no swim) and Tues (make up) 8th May
HALF TERM: Mon 28th and Tues 29th May
TERM ENDS: Mon 16th and Tues 17th July

Due to pool closure (because of pump failure) beyond our control, three sessions have been lost this this term. We will be refunding all club members for the lost lessons. As the club has over 300 members, organising refunds is logistically challenging, so we are asking you to bear with us. Refunds will be provided as follows:

• For all swimmers not planning to return next year, please contact me directly and I will organise a cheque by post (if I have not already done so).
• For everyone returning next term, I ask that you deduct £24 (3x£8) from January’s fees, making your term fees £64. Alternately if you have already paid or would like a cheque refund, please contact me and I will bring refunds with me on the second week back of the January term.

PLEASE NOTE: We will be having a fun / badge collection night the second week of the new term (16th/17th Jan). The children have worked hard this term and it’s important they still get the rewards they have earnt.
